1. Initial Consultation (15-minute Zoom Call)
To begin the restoration or redesign process, we offer a personalized 15-minute Zoom consultation with one of our expert jewelry specialists. During this session, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Discuss the sentimental value of your beaded jewelry and any specific concerns or wishes for the piece.
  • Review potential restoration or redesign options that fit your vision.
  • Ask questions about our process, materials, and timeline.
    Once your consultation is complete, we’ll guide you on the next steps for safely sending your jewelry to us.

2. Shipping and Packaging
After your Zoom consultation, we will send you a secure, prepaid packaging kit to ensure the safe return of your jewelry. The packaging will include:

  • A protective pouch for your jewelry.
  • A prepaid shipping label.
  • Instructions on how to safely package your item for shipping.
    Once you’ve securely packaged your jewelry, simply affix the provided shipping label and send the package back to us.

3. Restoration and Redesign Process
Once we receive your item, we’ll begin the restoration or redesign process. Our skilled artisans will carefully:

  • Assess the condition of your jewelry.
  • Perform the necessary repairs, including bead replacement, thread reinforcement, clasp adjustments, or any other custom work.
  • If applicable, we’ll work on redesigning the piece to meet your new vision, whether it's upgrading the design, changing the beads, or altering the length.
    This entire process will take     3-5 business days to complete.

4. Ongoing Communication and Updates
Throughout the restoration and redesign process, you’ll have access to real-time updates about the status of your piece. We’ll notify you when your jewelry is being worked on, and you can check in anytime to ask questions or review progress.
Once your piece is complete, we’ll provide you with:

  • Tracking information for your return shipment.
  • Any final details about the restoration or redesign, including any care recommendations for preserving your jewelry’s beauty.

5. Return and Final Delivery
Once your jewelry has been expertly restored or redesigned, we’ll ship it back to you. We make sure to package your piece securely for its safe return, and you’ll receive a tracking number for your convenience.
