To begin the restoration or redesign process, we offer a 15-minute Zoom call with one of our expert jewelry specialists. During this session, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Discuss the sentimental value of your beaded jewelry and any specific concerns or wishes for the piece.
• Review potential restoration or redesign options that fit your vision.
• Ask questions about our process, materials, and timeline.
  Once your consultation is complete, we’ll guide you on the next steps for safely sending your jewelry to us.

*Reminder that this is a strict 15 minute session. To book a longer timeframe, please select the option in the drop-down and we will accommodate your request accordingly. This consultation is Non-Refundable but can be used towards your final repair or restoration total.
